FDB welcomes Naval Group

đ„ This meeting was part of a process of technical exchanges on production management. On the discussion menu, scheduling, planning, synchronization, production contingency management, management, safety at the workstation⊠.
đ Organizational changes, at the heart of the FDB transformation plan undertaken by the plant since its sale at the end of 2022, were widely shared: building autonomous organizations, changing customer relationships. Topics that resonated with our interlocutors.
đ Another eagerly-awaited moment, NAVAL GROUP teams were able to visit the workshops, guided by ERWAN JACQUIN, our project manager, and Emmanuel Gaudin, our supply chain manager, and follow the various stages in the manufacture of our raw and machined parts.
đ«đ· We were proud to welcome representatives of this flagship of French industry, with whom we share a long history in Brittany.
đ At the end of the meeting, our visitors thanked the FDB speakers for the quality and transparency of their discussions. They said they were “impressed by the technical nature of the industrial facilities, the automation and the company’s transformation plan”. A return visit to NAVAL GROUP is already planned, and FDB employees are looking forward to continuing this sharing of experience and practices.
